Meet Entry Procedure

  1. Information sheets (meet info) will be posted on the bulletin board and copies made available through the family folders. The information sheet contains all the data in regard to the particular meet – i.e. dates of the meet, events per swimmer, qualification times, costs, schedule of events, entry deadline, etc.

  3. Select from the information sheet the events to be swum. Check the swimmer’s times to make sure they qualify for the meet when necessary. Fill out the entry forms with all individual event entries.

  5. The majority of meets will have entry fees which must be paid when signing up for the meet. Entry fees will be in a range of $1.50 to $2.50 per event. Payment can be made by either cash or check. When paying by check, please make the check payable to Liverpool Jets Swim Club for the total amount of events and entry fees. The cost may vary from meet to meet. Refer to the meet information sheet for fees. Entries WILL NOT be accepted without full payment.

 

4. Drop off meet entry and payment in the Meet Entry Box at the pool.

 

 

 

 

Entry Form

 

 

To enter any USS sanctioned meet, the swimmer and/or parent is required to fill out an entry form in order to sign up. These will be sent out through the family folders.

  1. Fill out all blanks on the entry form, printing legibly.
  2. The age of the swimmer for the meet is his/her age on the first day of the meet.
  3. Only enter individual events, relays will be entered by the club when possible.
